Immunity Boosting Tips

DRINKS

SPICE DRINK

Crush & Mix – Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin seeds, Turmeric, Black peppercorns, Cayenne pepper. Add to hot water and boil for 5 mins. Add Honey, Limon juice to hot water mixture. Drink hot/warm

HEALTHY JUICE

Chop & Mix, in a juicer – Carrot, Beetroot, Orange, Ginger. Pour in glass. Add crushed – Turmeric, Cayenne pepper, Back pepper & Mint leaves to juice mix. Drink cool or at room temperature (without ice)

NOURISHING SOUP

Heat Coconut oil – Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, Garlic, Ginger & Turmeric. After 5 mins add Chopped Mushrooms, Celery, Spinach, Salt, Black pepper. Add water. Cook for 15 mins. Add fresh coriander. Serve hot/warm

FOOD

Include lots of fiber-rich food in your diet along with fruits & vegetables.

PHYSICAL

- Make daily yoga/exercise a priority (45 mins)
- Self-care - Relaxation routine, massages
- Get adequate sleep (7 - 9 hrs/night)
- Maintain a nutritious, fiber-rich diet Stay hydrated ( 8-10 glasses of water/day)
