Getting in that Sunday morning stretch with an amazing energising session!

Love, Light and Laughter all the way through. A great session with some awesome participants! Thank you everyone for making this yoga session such an awesome morning of excitement.

The session started with a short Om Chanting, Meditation followed by Pranayam. Pranayam is an excellent breathing technique to keep brain cells active and blood circulation in the brain high.

Post Pranayam we also practiced variations of Parsvakonasana.

Health is our true wealth and Yoga shows us the way!
